Senior Frontend Developer

Tacton is looking for a
Senior Frontend Developer (React)
to join our R&D department.

We're on an exciting journey and have just launched the first version of our analytics platform, and in this role, you'll play a key part in developing and maintaining state-of-the-art frontend applications that enable data exploration, dashboard visualization, and automation. If clean architecture, modern tech stacks, and creating real impact through data excite you, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

• Develop new features for our analytics tools using modern frontend technologies
• Maintain performance and stability by fixing bugs and optimizing code
• Refactor legacy components and enhance existing systems Continuously improve our architecture, testing frameworks, and developer tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, and Developers

Our Tech Stack Includes

• Frontend: React (functional components), TypeScript (TSX), Redux Toolkit
• Build tools: Webpack 5 (with migration to Vite on the roadmap)
• CI/CD: GitHub, Buildkite, Docker
• Testing: Cypress (end-to-end), Jest (unit), Percy (visual regression)

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience working on large-scale frontend applications
• Deep understanding of modern web development paradigms (e.g., functional programming, predictable state management, component-based architecture
• A track record of writing testable, readable, and maintainable code
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and comfortable working on-site 3 days per week

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience with Redux Toolkit (RTK), Vite, Docker, React Hooks, and Sentry
• Basic knowledge of Python to collaborate on backend API adjustments
• Strong sense for modern UI/UX design principles
