WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

The purpose of D365 Platform Architect Lead role is to be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The D365 Platform Architect Lead will provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and leadership in the development and integration of D365 and related technologies. This role will directly influence our technology strategy and the achievement of our business goals.

• Architecture and Technical Leadership – You lead the development within your domain and ensure our solutions are scalable and sustainable.

• Governance and Administration – You establish the structure for how we work with our platforms and ensure we follow best practices.

• Integration and Performance Optimization – You make sure our systems interact efficiently and perform at their best.

• Collaboration and Strategic Partnerships – You work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive innovation.

• Community and Competence Development – You share knowledge, build networks, and strengthen our internal expertise.

• Industry Monitoring – You stay updated on industry developments and ensure we remain at the forefront.

• Service Agreements and Documentation – You ensure our services are clearly defined and well documented.

In this role, you will report to the Business Solutions & Delivery Director, and the location for this role is Malmö HQ.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for you who have visionary leadership with a strong business mindset. Able to drive digital transformation and foster a high-performance culture with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You are business-oriented and tech-savvy, with a background in solution architecture and automation. Able to plan at a strategic level and align technology strategies with business objectives in a pragmatic and persistent way of work, with a positive and open approach.

Other key competencies & experiences:

• 10+ years of experience working within Architecture and the broader IT industry.

• 5+ years of relevant & documented experience in Domain Architecture responsibilities.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related technologies. 

• Developing and implementing automation strategies and roadmaps. 

• Managing relationships with managed service partners.

• Proficiency in working with ITIL processes, as we are a SOX-compliant company. 

• Understanding of the ecosystem and ownership of solutions that are bolt-on, ISVs, etc.
