Role Summary
We are seeking a Consumer Experience Senior Specialist to join our Nordics Consumer Experience team. As part of a consumer-centric organization, you will create and lead exciting consumer programs that enhance our consumers. You'll develop innovative initiatives based on consumer insights and markets opportunities, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering our Smoke-Free strategy.
About The Role
- Conduct detailed market/category research and analysis to identify local trends, consumer journey behavior, needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to define business opportunities/business issues.
- Support Manager of CX Programs in development of the Nordic strategy for acquisition and retention of consumers. Coordinate with relevant markets to ensure integration into deployment strategies, adhering to trade processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Identify the right audiences for consumer engagement, managing the strategy to ensure effective communication. Innovate and develop new consumer programs that drive quality acquisition and conversion. Leveraging your creativity and market insights to design initiatives that attract and retain consumers.
- Take the lead on commercial initiatives that span multiple categories, advocating for consumer-centric solutions grounded in market insights and trends. Monitor and evaluate the progress of programs, projects, and initiatives against KPIs and goals, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Be a stand out team player and collaborate with cross- functional teams and channel owners to ensure relevancy and content to improve performance.
Who We Are Looking For
- University degree or equivalent in Business Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development / Consumer experience (preferably in FMCG)
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with excellent implementation skills
- Documented experience of having successfully worked with consumer experience, implementation of programs, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required.
- Project management skills; structured and self-driven working style.
- Understanding and experience of marketing in legally restricted markets is of advantage.
