As a Finance Business Partner, you will be part of a dynamic team of business controllers, providing strategic financial support to the Group Technology unit.

Technology's mission is to serve as the strategic technology partner for the Group, proactively providing expertise and options for scale - responsible for anticipating and addressing emerging technological needs, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency - all to create better connected living for our customers The Technology unit has around 1900 employees located around Telia footprint (Nordic & Baltics)

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work with…

• Financial management for the Technology unit
• Provide business control support to and maintain internal control of a unit(s) within Technology
• Develop, maintain and drive the process and model for financial planning & execution
• Prepare monthly financial & business review reports to stakeholders
• Participate and contribute in monthly closing
• Provide ad hoc analyses/ business cases, prepare and conduct workshops and participate in projects
• Challenge existing ways of working and provide suggestions on improvements
• Supporting special projects and strategic assignments as needed

This will be a great opportunity to interact with various stakeholders within Telia Company as well as outside Finance.

Who Are We Looking For
To excel in this role, you are a team-player interested in business controlling. You are eager to work in close collaboration with other team members and have inspiration to drive and support improvements. The position reports to Head of Finance of Technology, and is located in Solna, Stockholm.

• Collaborative and eager to contribute to knowledge sharing
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written; Knowing Swedish is a benefit.

Your professional experience:

• Solid experience in business and /or financial control, around 6-8 years
• Good understanding of ERP & BI systems
• Solid stakeholder management skills with experience from presenting to management teams
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Education: University degree, B.Sc., or equivalent
