We are looking for Partnership Managers to strengthen and evolve Redpine's network of data partners. This role is focused on the end-to-end health of our relationships to ensure strategic alignment with data owners and key stakeholders. You will navigate the technical and legal nuances of AI data licensing to build and maintain sustainable, high-value frameworks that benefit our partners and our product long-term

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop high-potential partnerships with leading publishers and other data owners and providers, ensuring strong foundational alignment with Redpine's mission.
  • Serve as a bridge between product and partner, proving how our technical capabilities solve business challenges and unlock new revenues for data partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end partnership process, from initial scoping to framework negotiation, working cross-functionally with legal and product teams to ensure seamless integration for new partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our partners, providing guidance on how to leverage AI to drive sustained value and innovation within their own ecosystems.
Qualifications
  • 5-15 years experience in partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, customer success, publishing, or related fields working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in health/medicine, media, publishing, law or finance is a big plus
  • Trusted team player with strong interpersonal skills: ability to engage, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders in multicultural environments
  • Agile fast learner: Grasp technical and commercial concepts quickly, genuine interest in AI, thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive leadership: Take and drive initiatives, able to work independently
  • Highly ambitious: Hardworking with bias for action
