• Help all our Ruby hotels to shine by boosting commercial performance and uncovering fresh opportunities in the swedish market
• Serve as Ruby's key contact for IHG Global Sales for our B2B clients – always professional, always personal, and never boring
• Turn good conversations into long-term collaborations and make sure Ruby stays top of mind
• Track trends, analyse feedback, and share insights to shape smarter strategies
• Work closely with Ops, Marketing, and Revenue to create seamless guest and client experiences
• Represent the spark of Ruby with confidence and a wink at trade fairs, events, and networking nights

We've Been Waiting For You, Since You Have/are

• A few years of experience in hotel sales or account management, and a strong local network to match
• A curious mind, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a healthy dose of drive
• Hands-on energy and the ability to stay calm, even when things get lively
• Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office, plus an instinct for good organization
• Feel at home in CRM tools and Excel sheets – and somehow still keeps everything perfectly organized
• Fluent English and Swedish with a knack for authentic communication
