Humblebee is a digital service studio based in Sweden, and we're looking for a Data Scientist to join our product teams, where business, design, and tech work side by side to build what's needed.

As a Data Scientist at Humblebee, you'll turn data into actionable insights and AI-powered solutions that make a real impact. You'll help translate business challenges into technical solutions, applying analytics and machine learning to create real outcomes.

Here's what that could look like in practice:

• Exploring datasets to uncover patterns, validate hypotheses, and identify opportunities.
• Designing and running experiments, proofs of concept, and prototypes to test ideas.
• Building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models both locally and in the cloud.
• Integrating and fine-tuning existing generative models to power features like smart recommendations, search, personlized content generation or conversational interfaces.
• Aggregating, processing, and visualizing data to communicate insights that drive decisions.
• Work closely with other engineers, designers, and business-oriented teammates to create data-driven digital products.
• Advising clients on how to leverage data-driven solutions to improve existing products or create new ones.
• Guiding solutions from prototype to production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and adherence to MLOps best practices.
• Clearly communicating results, assumptions, and limitations to technical and non-technical audiences alike.

You love solving real-world problems with data and AI, balancing analytical rigor with practical implementation. You are comfortable moving between experimentation and production, and explaining complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

You likely have:

• 5+ experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building and/or integrating machine learning models.
• A degree in some of the areas: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain as well as modern cloud and data platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and model monitoring.
• Expertise in feature engineering, model evaluation, data visualization, data cleaning and processing.
• Awareness of responsible AI, governance, and security principles.
• Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.

This position is full-time and based in our Gothenburg office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). For this position, a Swedish work permit is required. We do not offer relocation assistance or Visa sponsorship.
