Are you excited by automating workflows, structuring complex information, and making data-driven decisions that create real change?

At Conversionista, we're looking for a Data Analytics Intern who's eager to explore how technical skills and business understanding come together to drive measurable impact. This is your chance to dive deep into the engine room of digital growth—learning how to handle complex data environments while getting hands-on experience across different areas of analytics and optimization.

You'll work closely with some of Nordic's top CRO experts, take part in real client projects, and help turn raw, unprocessed numbers into better digital experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to explore the full data journey: from accessing unprocessed data to turning it into meaningful and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Work on transforming complex e-commerce data into manageable, structured forms ready for analysis
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify internal data processes to save time and increase accuracy
  • Find ways to detect anomalies in large datasets and help build automated reporting to flag them
  • Develop your skills in data visualization and presentation, ensuring your insights are not just accurate, but also easy for others to understand and act upon

Who we're looking for

You are currently a student in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a similar program, to hit the ground running, you ideally have some experience with SQL and Python/R. Since much of our work happens in the cloud, familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a great bonus.

However, we try to remain tool-agnostic. While we use these technologies daily, we believe that tools are just a means to an end. What matters most is that you are a pragmatic problem-solver. We are looking for someone who focuses on the outcome: navigating messy, real-world data and finding the best way to turn it into clarity and insight.
