Bakgrund

Vi söker nu en Technical Coordinator till ett konsultuppdrag hos en av våra kunder inom avancerad IT- och systemmiljö. I rollen blir du en central aktör som samordnar och säkerställer att förändringsbeställningar hanteras från start till mål. Du kommer att arbeta tätt med agila team, IT-specialister och infrastrukturexperter, med ansvar för att koordinera aktiviteter kopplade till uppsättning av miljöer, nätverk och klientlösningar.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ta emot, prioritera och koordinera inkomna förändringsärenden
  • Säkerställa att ärenden följer etablerade processer (ITIL) och slutförs inom överenskommen tid
  • Samverka med tekniska team inom infrastruktur, klient och nätverk
  • Omvandla tekniska behov till tydliga beställningar och uppdrag
  • Följa upp, dokumentera och rapportera status till intressenter
  • Arbeta i ärende- och förändringssystem (bl.a. ServiceNow och Jira)
Vi söker dig som har

Bred förståelse för IT – både klientmiljöer och infrastruktur

Goda kunskaper inom ITIL-processer

Erfarenhet av ärende- och förändringshantering

Tidigare arbete i ServiceNow

Erfarenhet av Jira

Meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i agila team eller komplexa IT-organisationer.

  • Strukturerad och lösningsorienterad
  • Kommunikativ med god samarbetsförmåga
  • Van att driva processer framåt och hålla flera uppdrag parallellt
  • Trivs i en koordinerande och administrativ roll
