As part of the Photo Studio Team, you will be responsible for creating inspiring imagery that reflects Gant's premium identity and American Sportswear heritage, primarily for e-commerce. Together, we create imagery that feels effortless yet aspirational, reflecting Gant's confident premium identity.

The team consists of photographers, stylists, retouchers, an art buyer, and a studio coordinator, and you report to the Head of Photo Studio. We work towards the vision of delivering innovative, authentic, and high-quality imagery that strengthens the brand across all channels.

Responsibilities

Main tasks:

Style model and product imagery for e-commerce and marketing materials, including menswear, womenswear, and flatlays. Plan and prepare garments for shoots, ensuring visual guidelines are met.

Team support:

Collaborate closely with photographers, retouchers, and the studio coordinator to maintain smooth production workflows. Provide styling expertise and input during shoots to achieve the desired creative outcome.

Expected results:

Deliver consistent, premium styling that embodies Gant's confident identity and American Sportswear heritage since 1949. Ensure deadlines are met according to the production plan and maintain styling standards throughout post-production.

Software/tools:

Work regularly in Workflow (our planning system) for scheduling and production tracking. Familiarity with basic digital tools for communication and file management (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Excel) is expected.

Additional responsibilities:

Maintain styling equipment and studio space, proactively identify areas for improvement, and stay updated on fashion trends and competitor styling approaches.

Profile

  • Strong sense and deep understanding of American Sportswear and ability to interpret Gant's brand DNA into styling.
  • Excellent eye for detail and overall composition.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • +3 years of experience in fashion styling, preferably within e-commerce and/or in-house studio environments.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic digital tools (Microsoft Teams, Excel).

Portfolio and previous work:
A strong portfolio showcasing styling for model shoots and flatlays need to be in you applications.

Bonus points

  • Experience working with planning tools similar to Assetflow is considered a plus.
  • Experience managing and styling large volumes of products and looks while maintaining consistency and a high level of creativity.
