As our new Sales Executive in our Commercial team, your days won't be spent behind a desk.
You'll be out talking to our existing and potential customers, digging into their business,
and figuring out how we can actually help - not just how to get a signature.
We're big believers in relationships, but not the "catch up over coffee once a year" kind.
More like: "we trust each other to tell the truth, even when it's uncomfortable."
If you're ready to work differently - and you can take a no without losing your spark - you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing:
- Find new customers: The right ones. You'll do the research, knock on the doors, and start the conversations.
- Own your client relationships: from the first meeting - and keep them growing. Be the kind of partner who says "here's what I think will actually work for you," even when it's not what they asked for.
- Support the Operational teams: with your insights and help others win, too.
- Keep things moving: Nobody's chasing you for updates - you know what needs to happen next.
For you who's hungry and energized by commercial opportunities.
You've built your own pipeline before, and you know what it takes to turn potential into profit.
With at least 5 years of experience in International Road or Air & Sea logistics,
you know the industry, you know the tools, and you know how to land and grow serious business.
You're sharp. You like to question how things are done. You're independent.
And you actually enjoy the part where you have to think on your feet.
We're not here to micromanage. You'll have the freedom to run your own game - as long as you show up with the energy,
the follow-through, and the courage to say things that matter.
In your application, we'd like to see:
- 5+ years in a similar sales role in logistics - you have a strong understanding of Road and/or Air & Sea operations (you know what's possible - and what's not)
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- You're handy with a computer - Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are part of your toolbox
- Great at building trust and getting people to talk to you (and listen)
- You plan your own time and don't need someone checking in every day
- You're okay with rejection - it's part of the process, not a personal crisis
