Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service team delivering Installations, Maintenance, Calibration, Service Contracts, Repairs, and Spare Parts.
- Mentor and coach your team, fostering professional growth and expertise.
- Plan and optimize personnel scheduling and service requests.
- Drive service business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously improve processes, routines, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with EMEA Service Managers and Nordic colleagues to enhance customer offerings and communication.
- Oversee inventory and facility management to ensure seamless operations.
- Report results and KPIs to management.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (BSc or MSc)
- 3–5 years' experience delivering services to industrial customers, including commercial responsibility
- 3–5 years' managerial experience
- Experience in metrology and/or machine tool equipment is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or Service systems is advantageous
- Valid B driving license
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
