About ShiftDeck

ShiftDeck is a B2B platform built for restaurants and hospitality teams to stay inspection-ready every day.

We replace paper HACCP logs, scattered checklists, and manual routines with a structured, mobile-first system that creates clarity, accountability, and operational control in daily hospitality operations.

The core platform is finished and live.

The mobile app is in its final launch phase.

We are now entering the growth phase.

The Role

We are bringing in a Co-Founder & Head of Growth to fully own sales and revenue generation.

This is a founding-level role, not a traditional salaried position. You will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling the entire revenue engine.

Once onboarded, you are the single owner of growth and revenue execution.

The founder steps out of sales execution entirely and focuses on product, onboarding, retention, and scale.

What You Will Own

You have full ownership of all revenue-generating activities, including:

Sales Execution -

  • Build and run outbound sales channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Book and run demos
  • Close customers and drive paid conversions
  • Own pipeline structure, follow-ups, and CRM discipline

Revenue Strategy & Distribution -

  • Define and execute the sales strategy
  • Design and launch an affiliate / partner program
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate partners in the hospitality ecosystem
  • Ensure quality, retention focus, and brand integrity

Growth Systems -

  • Define growth KPIs and reporting
  • Run structured growth experiments
  • Build predictable, repeatable acquisition systems

Compensation & Progression

This is a bootstrapped, founder-style compensation structure designed to evolve over time:

  • Commission-based compensation from day one
  • Stock options granted from the start (with vesting)
  • Clear salary progression tied to revenue milestones
