We do this by bringing immersive, shoppable video experiences directly into brands' e-commerce platforms, helping brands boost engagement, increase conversion and deepen loyalty with their customers.

About the role

You're a talented UI/UX designer with a strong visual eye and the ambition to grow into broader product and UX thinking. You deliver outstanding front-end-friendly UI/UX design, you think about how your work drives business and growth, and you thrive in a team environment with high autonomy. You're excited by working in a SaaS context, you're naturally curious about e-commerce and online shopping trends, and you're comfortable balancing multiple stakeholders and a high workload. You consistently bring ownership, initiative, and clarity to your design work.

What you'll do

  • Design high-quality UI for product features across our video commerce platform

  • Work within and help evolve our design system (Figma-based)

  • Support UX work such as flows, wireframes, and interaction design

  • Prepare designs, assets, and documentation for smooth developer handoff

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for

  • 3–7 years of experience in product, UI, or UX design

  • Strong visual skills: layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency

  • Experience working with design systems

  • Understanding of UX fundamentals and eagerness to grow further

  • Experience collaborating with developers and product teams

  • Comfortable taking feedback, iterating, and working autonomously

Who you are

  • You're amazing at collaborating with product, engineering, marketing and leadership, aligning many "heads" while keeping focus.

  • You turn ambiguous problem spaces into structured UX solutions, then execute with high-quality UI.

  • You understand design systems, front-end constraints, developer handoff, and how to make complexity intuitive.

  • You've worked in SaaS or e-commerce or product-led growth environments, and you know how design influences conversion, retention and value.

  • You're a self-starter: you proactively drive your work forward, manage priorities and take responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting to be directed.

  • You're a team player: you support and challenge your peers, share knowledge, and contribute to the collective momentum of the product/design organisation.

  • You thrive in fast-paced situations: juggling multiple tasks, adapting to changing requirements, and maintaining top design quality.
