About the role

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing and improving digital systems that deliver real business value. You will work with implementation, development, and continuous improvement of technical solutions that support business processes.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with both the business and development teams to ensure solutions meet actual needs. You will translate business requirements into actionable solutions, maintain the product roadmap, and define tasks for developers, QA, and design.

The role is varied, combining hands-on project work and system oversight with an advisory role for the business. Strong technical expertise, understanding of complex business processes, and experience leading implementations with multiple stakeholders are essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical solutions
• Create and maintain the product roadmap and define tasks for developers, QA, and design
• Drive implementations and ensure solutions are delivered on time, with high quality and business value
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business and ensure solutions meet actual needs
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including international teams
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability in development tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications and experience:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or a related technical field
• Experience in consulting or working with external clients
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading technical projects or product management in cross-functional teams
• Strong technical understanding, including system integration, implementation, and product development
• Solid business understanding and experience working with complex business processes
• Hands-on technical background as a developer, QA engineer, or similar role
• Experience creating roadmaps, backlogs, and defining Epics/Features
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Desirable:

• Familiarity with SAFe, Agile, or similar ways of working
• Knowledge of building integrations towards BI, CRM or ERP systems
• Technical skills in DevOps tools, Azure, GitHub, or similar platforms
