About Brygg

Brygg is a premium coffee brand designed for modern coffee enthusiasts. We develop elevated brewing tools and carefully sourced coffee beans — and we are now ready to build a smarter, creator-led marketing engine.

We are a startup, which means speed, flexibility, and real influence. All production, photography, creative assets, and SEO are handled in-house. What we are looking for is a strategic partner to help design and shape the marketing framework that drives growth.

The Role

We are looking for a
Marketing Strategist (Hyper Island student or alum)
to help us shape our full-funnel growth strategy, with a strong emphasis on influencers, creators, and performance planning.

This is a high-ownership role where you define direction — we execute.

What You'll OwnStrategy & Planning

  • Develop Brygg's overarching marketing strategy
  • Build the strategic structure for Meta, Google, Email, and PR
  • Identify audience insights and define clear messaging frameworks
  • Plan campaign angles, funnel logic, and growth priorities

Performance Channel Strategy
(We execute — you guide)

  • Strategic direction for:
  • Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
  • Email / CRM (Shopify)
  • Define structure for campaign setup, targeting, and messaging

Influencer & UGC Strategy
(Key growth driver)

  • Identify relevant creators and influencers
  • Develop outreach and collaboration frameworks
  • Define UGC formats, guidelines, and usage
  • Build long-term creator relationships aligned with the brand

PR & Partnerships

  • Support collaboration and interview strategy for
    Standart Magazine
  • Assist with partnership positioning and communication angles
