Job Description

Are you an experienced software developer with a passion for artificial intelligence and scalable agent platforms? We're looking for talented AI/ML Engineers to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI Automation Platform. Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

  • Software development experience

  • Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages)

  • Machine learning experience, ideally in AI, automation, or intelligent agents

  • Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)

  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks:

    • LangChain

    • Vertex AI Agent Builder

    • OpenAgents

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Vibe-coding

    • Prompt engineering

    • Designing agent workflows

  • Experience with automation tools:

    • n8n

    • Workato

    • (or similar platforms)

  • Experience implementing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers

System & Architecture Skills

  • Understanding of scalable system design

  • Understanding of distributed computing

  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions

  • Experience building or contributing to automation platforms

  • Participation in architectural decisions and defining AI engineering best practices

AI/ML Specializations (Bonus)

  • Agent-based modeling

  • Reinforcement learning

  • Multi-agent systems
