We're looking for talented AI/ML Engineers to join our growing team and help shape the future of our AI Automation Platform. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that drive automation, intelligence, and scalability across our global operations.

What You'll Do

Build an automation platform which is scalable for all the AI use cases

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions and agent-based systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and platform engineers. Contribute to the evolution of our AI automation platform, ensuring robustness, performance, and maintainability. Explore and implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems. Participate in architectural decisions and help define best practices for AI engineering across the organization. Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable persistent, context-aware agent behavior across workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in software development, Machine learning ideally with a focus on AI, automation, or intelligent agents.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages. Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Workato, or similar platforms. Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and frameworks for agent orchestration such as LangChain, Vextex AI Agent Builder, or OpenAgents. Hands-on experience with vibe-coding, prompt engineering, and designing agent workflows.
  • Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or orchestration platforms.
