To lead this transformation, we're hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing: a proven B2B leader with deep experience in communications, content, and commercial growth.


Your mission:

Lead and scale our salesteam as we shift from product-led selling to a consultative, value-driven approach. You'll manage sales (SDRs, AEs, Partner Sales) and marketing (Communications, external agencies), working closely with the CEO and other functions to drive revenue, positioning, and long-term customer success
 

Your responsibilities include:

  •  Own new business growth, pipeline development, and commercial strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Refine sales messaging and positioning to support our evolution from platform to strategic partner.
  • Guide brand, content, and demand generation strategy.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on website, SEO, and paid campaigns.
  • Align cross-functional teams on go-to-market goals and KPIs.
  • Bring market and customer insights into product and company strategy. 
Who are we looking for ?
  • 8+ years in B2B communications, leading both sales and marketing functions.
  • A deep understanding of how modern B2B brands communicate.
  • Experience with value-based selling and content-driven marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, data-informed mindset.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite, full-time, in Stockholm.
