Om jobbet
Som kundtjänstarbetare på Carlsberg Sverige ingår du i ett starkt team där dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är behovsanpassad service via telefon, chatt och mail till våra fantastiska kunder. Du besvarar i huvudsak frågor gällande leveranser och logistik men även om fakturor och inkommande ordrar. I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare arbetar du även mycket med interna kanaler, så som lager och logistik för att säkra bästa möjliga upplevelse för våra kunder.

Tjänsterna är sommarjobb på heltid under dagtid, måndag till fredag.

  • Brinner för service och att alltid göra det lilla extra för kunden, samt drivs av att prestera och är lösningsorienterad.
  • Självständig, initiativtagande och kundorienterad med fokus på att uppnå mål.
  • Lagspelare med engagemang och vilja att göra skillnad.
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet av kundtjänst, men vi ser ditt engagemang som det viktigaste.
