We are hiring Atlassian Engineer / Jira Solutions Engineerfor the position based in Sweden (Remote).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Atlassian Engineer to manage, optimize, and support Jira Service Management and Confluence within a Data Center environment. The role focuses on platform stability, workflow improvements, automation, and integrations while ensuring alignment with ITSM processes and business requirements.

Required Experience/Competences:

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian DC tools (Jira, Jira Service Management DC, Confluence DC).
• Strong knowledge of workflow configuration, permissions, and automation.
• Proficient in scripting (Groovy) and REST API-based integrations.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks; ITIL or Atlassian certifications preferred.
• Understanding of CI/CD environments and version control systems.
• Experience integrating with Azure, Bitbucket, and other DevOps tools.
• Exposure to Atlassian Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe environments.
• Experience with agentic or autonomous tooling.
