CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) continues to grow, and we are now seeking a Finance & Business Administrator for our operations across Sweden. You will become part of a tight-knit team, working closely together to offer our customers the best possible service.

You will work in a team with a Site Manager who is responsible for the overall operation, as well as team leaders who drive the daily operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and present internal operational and financial monthly and quarterly reports
  • Act as decision support and support in various business and financial matters
  • Develop and form models for follow-up and reporting to improve financial management standards
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial statements and budget work
  • Ensure that both supplier and customer invoices are handled and paid correctly
  • Have contact with existing and new suppliers
  • Participate and plan review meetings with customers and suppliers, and ensure good communication with them
  • Ensure quality and safety, in accordance with legislation and our commitments to customers
  • Act as a mentor/guide for contract supports (but no direct reportees)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Positive and curious about learning new things
  • Ability to create long-term and trust-based relationships
  • Can work independently and feel comfortable making decisions
  • Good commercial understanding, with financial skills, including understanding of SLAs and KPIs, as well as contract management
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Background should be within finance, business administration. Simpler accounting is required. Strong knowledge of excel is required and merited is knowledge of databases and programming
