Om rollen
Som Senior eller Lead Backend Engineer blir du en nyckelperson i ett litet, tekniktungt team. Du får ta ansvar för att driva arkitekturen framåt, höja kvaliteten i koden och coacha andra utvecklare i teamet. Rollen är en kombination av strategiskt tänkande, tekniskt djup och praktiskt ledarskap.

Du jobbar nära CTO och produktägare och är med i hela kedjan – från krav och design till implementation, code reviews och leverans. Du sätter standarder för hur vi bygger distribuerade system som är robusta, skalbara och förberedda för realtidsdata.

Dina fokusområden:

  • Design och vidareutveckling av molninfrastruktur och backendlösningar

  • Förbättra skalbarhet och prestanda i distribuerade system

  • Säkerställa kvalitet och underhållbarhet i kodbasen

  • Leda tekniska diskussioner, utvärdera nya verktyg och designmönster

  • Coachning och mentorskap av juniora och mid-level utvecklare

  • Bidra i planering tillsammans med produkt och stakeholders

Vi tror att du har:

  • Djup erfarenhet av .NET (C#) och containerbaserade miljöer med Kubernetes

  • Gedigen förståelse för distribuerade system, mikroservicearkitektur och cloud-native principer

  • Vana vid realtidsdata, strömmande data och eventbaserade lösningar (Kafka, RabbitMQ eller liknande)

  • Trygghet i att översätta tekniska utmaningar till konkreta handlingsplaner

  • Lust att coacha andra utvecklare och bidra till teamets långsiktiga kompetenslyft

  • Förmåga att balansera kortsiktiga leveranser med långsiktig teknisk hälsa

Extra plus:

  • IoT-arkitektur och datainsamling från osäkra eller oförutsägbara källor

  • Erfarenhet av gRPC, protobuf, moderna kommunikationsmönster

  • Grundläggande förståelse för trådlösa protokoll (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M)

  • Infrastruktur som kod och automatiserade deployment pipelines

Plats:
Hybrid – vi ser gärna att du är baserad i Stockholm, men flexibel arbetsform är standard.
