We are now looking for a temporary position as Senior Manager Business Support for our Sourcing & Supply Chain function.

We are now looking for a Head of Business Support for our Sourcing & Supply Chain function. In this role, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring that our systems, processes and master data effectively support the business. Operating in the interface between business operations and IT, you will translate business needs into system and process requirements and drive continuous improvements together with both internal stakeholders and our IT partners. Leading a team of nine specialists, you will play a key role in strengthening the efficiency, reliability and business value of our end‑to‑end sourcing and supply chain processes.

As we are on a journey to implement SAP as our ERP system, you will work closely with the implementation organization. You will also collaborate with both Sourcing and Supply Chain, as well as key functions across the company.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the Business Support team.
• Ensuring effective, harmonized and business‑driven processes across Sourcing & Supply Chain.
• Driving the development and lifecycle management of business‑critical systems and tools, including SAP, in close collaboration with IT partners.
• Developing and leading the Master Data Management team to secure high‑quality, business‑relevant data.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives related to process efficiency, data quality and system usability, ensuring that requirements, implementation activities and change management efforts effectively support business goals.

We believe you have:

• Leadership experience with a strong track record of delivering through others.
• Solid system understanding, preferably with experience from SAP or similar business systems.
• Strong business understanding and an interest in how systems and processes create value
• Experience with master data or data quality in any form is meritorious.

• This is a fixed-term position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension.
• Based at one of our five production units in Sweden or at our headquarters in Solna, Stockholm.
