About The Role
In this role, you'll get broad exposure across the Storytel Group. You'll report to Storytel's Head of Strategy & Execution and work closely with Storytel's Executive Team on a variety of tasks. Every day will bring something new. We offer a truly unique learning experience as you'll be exposed to both project management and strategy-related analytical tasks.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you'll get to combine both operational and strategic work while developing an ability to plug into any area of the business quickly and effectively. The idea is to excel in the role as a Management trainee for approximately 12-18 months and after successfully completing the program, you'll have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities within the Storytel Group.
In a nutshell, here's what you'll do:
- Support the Executive Team on a broad range of tasks, including strategic responsibilities and more hands-on supporting work.
- Lead and participate in special projects across the Storytel organization.
- Lead and participate in analytical work related to strategy, and conduct competitive analysis and market research relevant to the Group Executive Team.
- Support scoping, analysis and development of overall recommendations towards the Executive Team for decision-making.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking key projects and initiatives, and help ensure that timelines and deliverables are met.
About You

Your background:
- Degree in business, engineering, product management or similar, completed at the latest of December 2025.
- Great communication skills in English.
- Great skills in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/Powerpoint.
