Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Head of Sales Sweden who wants to make a difference.
The Role
As Head of Sales Sweden you will have overall responsibility for driving Truesec's growth in our biggest market, Sweden. You lead and develop a high-performing sales organization while shaping and executing the national sales strategy. In addition, you play a key role in developing how sales is done at Truesec, including ways of working, sales processes, performance follow-up, and continuous improvement of our commercial model.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in key customer relationships and selected deals. You work closely with internal teams to ensure strong collaboration, high customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. As part of Truesec's global commercial leadership, you contribute actively to the development of our overall sales strategy and share best practices from the Swedish market to support growth in other countries. You work in close partnership with the Global CRO and are a member of the global commercial leadership team. As a trusted advisor to customers and an ambassador for Truesec, you help strengthen the company's position as a leading cybersecurity partner in Sweden.
Your Potential Background
You have experience leading B2B sales within technology-driven environments and feel comfortable navigating complex customer needs and long sales cycles. You enjoy building strong teams and creating the conditions for others to succeed, while also contributing yourself where it matters most.
You bring a commercial and collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance strategic direction with pragmatic execution. Experience from cybersecurity, IT services or adjacent areas is valuable, but most important is your ability to build trust, drive growth, and develop sustainable customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in sales leadership within B2B, preferably in technology or professional services
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams over time
- Strong orchestration skills to drive sales strategy, pipeline management, and key account management
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building capability
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
