What you will do:

• Providing financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met.
• Developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company's business.
• Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.
• Develop and control the company's annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and financial and statutory regulations complied with.
• Oversee the preparation of the company's financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time.
• Main contact and responsible for coordinating of external audit.
• Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
• Carry out all necessary actions to ensure that the company meets its financial and legal obligations
• Performs financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and budgeting.
• Performs, coordinates, and develops cash flow reporting to the Group.
• Manages a finance department.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
• Presents financial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• Knows and adheres to Nordic generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Securities and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).

Who you are:

• Proven prior experience to FP&A software.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, mainly excel.
• Understands financial reporting and has strong analytical skills.
• Communicates effectively and has advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
• Manages direct reports on a daily basis.
• Excellent skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Hands on mentality, ability to step in if needed
