Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Communications- Coordinate internal and external brand/marketing events and promotional activities.
- Manage content calendars and support content creation for newsletters, blogs, and internal communications.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence across social media channels.
- Drive brand awareness and enhance our online reputation.
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social).
- Track and report campaign performance metrics and OKRs.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and asset libraries.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
You are a creative marketing professional with a "get up and go" attitude. You enjoy working in international environment and pay attention to details. You're passionate about growing your skills and continuously evolving as a marketing professional, with a strong drive to uphold and enhance brand excellence.
Essential Skills & Experience- Around 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics, Illustrator.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player with solid time management skills.
- Professional level English language skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing or the data center / IT industry (a plus, not a must)
