Your role

Ready to take the next step and join our divisional marketing team?

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in streamlining internal and external marketing activities. This position is designed to bring efficiency by consolidating tasks that are currently spread across different roles. You'll work closely with, and support our divisional marketing departments.

In this role, you'll help build a world-class administrative function that supports global interaction, onsite visits in Sweden and international events. You'll also assist with annual marketing activities such as creating guidelines, planning summits, and customer center visits in Sweden. This position reports to the VP Marketing in General Industries.

Your Mission

  • Support divisional marketing departments
  • Execute on marketing strategies and activities
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
  • Organize trade shows and company events
  • Manage marketing collateral
  • Handle office administration
  • Coordinate large-scale internal and external visits
To succeed, you will need
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
  • Relevant degrees and proven track record

You are open minded, resourceful and communicative with a strong drive. Your cross-cultural collaboration skills and eagerness to discover new, creative ways of engage people are important. Internal and external customer orientation focus should be first in mind and your motivational driver. Your administration skills will be important to drive the efficiency gains in marketing.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our HQ in Sickla, Stockholm.

Limited travelling is needed.
