About the Role

Orkla ASA is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Execution Manager to join its Centre of Excellence (CoE) Sales team. This role is central to Orkla's transformation into a leading industrial investment company with a brand and consumer-oriented scope. As part of the Sales CoE, you will lead and support the rollout of Perfect Sales Execution (PSE) initiatives across Orkla's portfolio companies (PortCos), helping to embed best-practice sales execution across PortCos and markets. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Excellence and cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance and capability building.

The role will be based out of Stockholm.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Project & Implementation Support

  • Lead implementation of PSE projects in collaboration with the Head of Sales Excellence and cross-functional stakeholder teams from local Business Units, PortCos, and external partners
  • Drive and lead project management and translate central playbooks, frameworks and best practices into actionable local steps, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Data-Driven Insights & Business Cases

  • Build and deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making within PSE and Net Revenue Management (NRM) projects.
  • Develop and maintain models for sales analysis and business case modelling.

Capability Building & Training

  • Support capability-building by co-hosting Sales Academy trainings, facilitating workshops and developing case materials.
  • Act as a trainer and sparring partner to improve commercial processes and PSE implementation.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Development

  • Capture and share success stories and learnings through playbooks, webinars, and training materials.
  • Refine tools and frameworks based on project experience.

Pipeline Development

  • Identify and secure new PSE and commercial excellence initiatives.

Ideal Experience and Competencies

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in consulting, commercial, sales, or category roles within FMCG
  • Background in Net Revenue/ Revenue Growth Management (NRM/ RGM), Management Consulting, Finance, Category Management, or Key Account Management
  • Proven experience in commercial project leadership (e.g., Perfect Sales Execution or Perfect Store)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of NRM/ RGM levers and commercial performance drivers
  • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Nielsen or similar tools; ability to work with large datasets
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish).
