Vi söker på uppdrag av vår kund en Documentation Support Specialist för ett tillfälligt uppdrag inom Site Management. I denna roll kommer du att stötta organisationen genom att säkerställa att riktlinjer, instruktioner och processrelaterade dokument är uppdaterade, korrekta och följer interna standarder och kvalitetskrav.

Du arbetar nära projektledare, ingenjörer och dokumentansvariga för att granska, uppdatera och förbättra dokumentation inom flera områden. Rollen passar dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och trivs med att skapa ordning, tydlighet och kvalitet i teknisk information.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Gå igenom befintlig Site Management-dokumentation och identifiera vilka dokument som behöver uppdateras, slås ihop, tas bort eller skapas på nytt

  • Driva och samordna dokumentgranskningar samt säkerställa att uppdateringar genomförs och publiceras i tid

  • Skapa och underhålla användarmanualer, systembeskrivningar, specifikationer och annan teknisk dokumentation

  • Säkerställa att dokumentationen följer gällande processer, riktlinjer och kvalitetskrav

  • Samarbeta med relevanta intressenter för att samla in information, input och feedback

  • Upprätthålla hög konfidentialitet, noggrannhet och regelefterlevnad i allt dokumentationsarbete

Vi söker dig som har

  • Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga och är lyhörd i samarbeten

  • Förmåga att skriva tydliga, strukturerade och koncisa tekniska dokument

  • Hög noggrannhet och stark organisationsförmåga

  • Förmåga att översätta tekniska diskussioner och komplex information till användbara och lättförståeliga dokument

  • Flytande engelska i tal och skrift (svenska är meriterande)

  • Tidigare erfarenhet av dokumentationsarbete eller närliggande administrativt/tekniskt område är meriterande

  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du är en lagspelare

  • Ett målmedvetet, flexibelt och effektivt arbetssätt
