Your Role And Responsibilities
Join ABB Robotics Customer Service and help us deliver exceptional support to our customers worldwide. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for order-related inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and a positive customer experience. This role is critical for maintaining business continuity and supporting global logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order management and delivery support.
  • Coordinate with Local Business Lines (LBLs) across EMEA and AMER regions to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Manage key operational tasks including claims handling, trade compliance coordination, follow-up on customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular meetings with LBLs and global teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications For The Role

  • Proven experience in customer service, order support and understanding of logistics operations in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and digital tools for order management.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Experience with digital collaboration platforms and process automation tools.
  • Commitment to company values of safety, integrity, and diversity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global setting.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
