What Awaits You

Human Resources

  • You are responsible for all HR matters within the entity, acting as the local HR contact
  • You ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
  • You are responsible for managing employee data and HR documentation
  • You handle the entire recruiting process for our entity
  • You are part of our global HR community
  • You will translate global HR projects into local needs and ensure their effective implementation

Administration

  • You are responsible for supporting order, offer and invoice handling
  • You step in as a backup for operational tasks when needed
  • You support the General Manager with scheduling, meeting preparation and follow-ups
  • You help manage internal communication and coordination
  • You handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • You organize files, manage office supplies and support internal processes

What You Bring To The Table

  • You have solid experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role
  • You have strong knowledge of local labor law
  • You have strong organizational and communication skills
  • You have a proactive and hands-on mindset
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus
  • You have fluency in Swedish and English
