Your role
The Tech Lead at Public 360° is a senior engineering role embedded in an empowered product team, responsible for ensuring that technical decisions drive outcomes for customers while safeguarding quality, security, and long-term product health.

Responsibilities Within The Team
The Tech Lead is a core member of an empowered product team, sharing end-to-end ownership for outcomes, not only delivery. Together with Product Management, Design and customers to shape solutions from problem discovery to delivery. Contributes technical insight early to help the team choose the right problems to solve, and how to solve them. Supports outcome-focused development, balancing user value, feasibility, and sustainability. Enables the team to make decisions within clear strategic and architectural boundaries. Takes responsibility for both what is built and how it evolves over time.

Team Enablement and Leadership
Hold 1-on-1s with the engineers in the team, focused on technical growth, ownership, and day-to-day effectiveness. Mentor engineers to continuously raise technical capability.

Identify skill gaps, strengths, and growth opportunities within the team, and contribute to individual development plans in collaboration with the engineering manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure high quality, productivity, and efficient delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers on solution design and prioritization
• Take part in the full lifecycle from concept to production-ready solutions
• Maintain and further develop existing modules
• Prototype, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and approaches

Who We Are Looking For
Experience & background

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably with .NET (C#) and/or React
• Experience with — or strong motivation for — technical leadership in a product team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field (relevant experience can compensate)

Personal qualities

• High professional integrity with solutions that inspire trust
• Strong collaboration skills and a genuine focus on team success
• A proactive, motivating mindset with a drive to improve and innovate
• Business language is English and you are expected to be fluent in one of the following local languages Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
