Job Description

Junipeer helps e-commerce companies connect their ERP, payment systems and online stores through smart, prebuilt integrations. We're now looking for an Integration Project Manager who enjoys solving problems, running projects and giving customers a smooth onboarding experience.

What you'll do

  • Run integration projects (new connectors/features) from start to finish.
  • Guide customers through onboarding for extisting ERP, eCom and payment connectors.
  • Help with support, technical troubleshooting and solving challenging integration issues — including reading logs and working with developers when needed
  • Keep documentation clear with the goal of self service onboarding
  • Communicate actively with customers and keep momentum in projects & onboardings.
  • Work closely with our product and tech team.
  • Using AI tools to automate work, documentation and improve processes.
