Hej

Vi på Intendit söker nu en engagerad och strukturerad Delivery Coordinator som vill bli en nyckelperson i vårt produktionsteam. I rollen blir du länken mellan våra kunder och vårt erfarna team av webbdesigners, utvecklare och SEO-specialister i Sverige. Du kommer att ha det dagliga ansvaret för att säkerställa att webbprojekt startas upp smidigt och levereras enligt plan.

Intendit är en internationell webbyrå med kontor i Malmö och Helsingfors. Vi skapar och levererar skräddarsydda lösningar inom hemsidor, e-handel och digital marknadsföring. Vi hjälper företag av alla storlekar och branscher att växa digitalt med effektiva, användarvänliga och visuellt tilltalande webblösningar.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att inkludera:

  • Planera och följa upp projektplaner med tydliga hålltider och deadlines.

  • Hantera support- och kundfrågor på ett proaktivt och professionellt sätt.

  • Samla in, organisera och kvalitetssäkra kundmaterial för webbproduktion.

  • Koordinera och kommunicera med både kunder och interna team, främst via telefon och e-post.

  • Prioritera och balansera flera projekt samtidigt i en dynamisk arbetsmiljö.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Flytande svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift, är ett krav.

  • Erfarenhet av projektkoordinering eller liknande roll inom digitala projekt är meriterande.

  • Kunskaper inom DNS, E-posthantering och Wordpress är meriterande.

  • Du är van vid att hantera flera projekt samtidigt och arbetar strukturerat och proaktivt.
