About the Role

As Senior Graphic Designer
at Docupath, reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for shaping, protecting, and evolving a leading visual brand in a company with global ambitions. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure everything we put into the world looks intentional, consistent, and high quality.

This is not a narrow production role. We're looking for a
full-stack designer
who can think strategically about brand and then execute across many formats (website, social, video and physical).

You have a great eye for design and are capable across the many tools necessary in completing your work. You have experience in visually simplifying the complex and have experience in B2B marketing. You are a great team player and have experience collaborating with and creating assets for the US/European markets.

What You'll Do

·      Own and evolve Docupath's visual identity, graphical profile and brand system

·      Design and maintain assets across multiple channels:

o  Website and landing pages

o  Social media content (organic and paid)

o  Marketing campaigns and product launches

o  Presentations and sales & marketing collateral

o  Print materials and event assets

o  Light motion graphics and video content

·      Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity across all visual output

·      Collaborate closely with marketing, product, leadership, and free lancers/agencies.

·      Translate complex, technical concepts into clear and compelling visuals

·      Build and maintain design guidelines, templates, and reusable components

·      Act as a brand guardian — raising the bar and pushing back when needed

Who You Are

·
  5+ years of experience as a graphic / brand / visual designer

·      Strong brand sensibility and an excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition

·      Proven experience working across many types of design, not just one:

o  Digital, social, web, presentations, print, and video

·      Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from concept to final delivery

·      Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or technical products is a strong plus

·      Ability to simplify complex ideas visually

·      Strong communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design decisions

·      Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Proficient with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Web CMS, Canva, etc.
