Aftersales and Warranty Coordinator
 to join our team in Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden, to build and manage our aftersales and warranty systems with a strong emphasis on digitalization and efficiency.

Role Overview

As the Aftersales and Warranty Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the aftersales supply chain and warranty processes across all our markets. Your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless system connecting workshops, distributors, and OEMs while ensuring efficient spare parts pricing, inventory management, and warranty administration. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and digital skills to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aftersales System Development
    :
  • Build and manage the aftersales supply chain from workshops to distributors to OEMs for Skywell, Seres, and DFSK brands.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient communication and coordination across the supply chain.
  • Price spare parts competitively while maintaining profitability and market alignment.
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels across all markets, minimizing delays and optimizing costs.
  • Identify and collaborate with reliable suppliers and logistics partners to streamline operations.
  • Warranty System Management
    :
  • Design and implement a warranty process, including claim handling, documentation, and resolution workflows.
  • Liaise with OEMs, distributors, and workshops to ensure warranty issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Establish clear guidelines and policies for warranty claims to ensure consistency and compliance across markets.
  • Digitalization and Efficiency
    :
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to automate and streamline aftersales and warranty processes.
  • Implement data-driven solutions for inventory tracking, spare parts pricing, and warranty claim management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Market Coordination
    :
  • Serve as the central point of contact for aftersales and warranty operations across all Novus Cars markets.
  • Ensure standardized processes and best practices are applied consistently across regions.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    :
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to aftersales and warranty operations, such as turnaround times, stock availability, and claim resolution rates.
  • Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience
    :
  • Proven experience in aftersales, supply chain, or warranty management within the automotive industry (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
  • Experience working with OEMs, distributors, or workshops is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with automotive brands and spare parts management is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills
    :
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms for inventory management, pricing, and process automation (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Soft Skills
    :
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex supply chains and warranty processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across markets.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education
    :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Language Skills
    :
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is highly preferred; additional languages are a plus.
  • Other
    :
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support operations across markets.
  • Valid work permit for Sweden (if applicable).
