The Role
We're looking for a Team Lead to guide and inspire our talented full-stack developers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical expertise with people leadership. You'll help shape our cloud-first architecture, ensure smooth delivery, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your Mission

  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers.
  • Drive technical excellence and ensure high-quality code.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of architecture decisions and CI/CD improvements.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in leading development teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in cloud-based architecture (AWS) and full-stack development.
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Octopus Cloud).
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
