Summary:

We're driving a large-scale modernization of our global marketing technology landscape to support personalized, data-driven customer experiences. As part of this transformation, we're integrating a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) and optimizing our Audience Management Platform to scale across more than 30 markets. The focus is on speed-to-value, data quality, compliance, and cost control.

We're now seeking a Senior Engineering Consultant to lead the technical integration of the CDP (SaaS) solution into our existing GCP-based ecosystem, while refining and scaling audience data pipelines and governance frameworks.

What you will do:

• Assess and document current audience management architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Define the target-state architecture (GCP + CDP) with data contracts and standards.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, identity resolution, consent, segmentation, and activation.
• Configure CDP components: data sources, identity/unification, segments, and destinations.
• Reuse and refactor existing audience logic to create reusable templates for local markets.
• Implement prioritized campaign use cases end-to-end, including QA and activation.
• Drive rollout and onboarding across 30 markets.
• Set up observability, SLAs, incident response, and cost guardrails.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data residency requirements.

Key Deliverables:

• Optimized target architecture and data contracts.
• Fully functional pipelines and CDP configurations in production.
• Reusable audience templates and governance documentation.
• Automated QA for data, segments, and activations.
• Market onboarding toolkit and rollout roadmap.
• Cost optimization reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Complete documentation and handover package.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years in data engineering or data architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years working with MarTech or CDP integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Firestore, Pub/Sub, dbt/DataForm).
• Advanced SQL and Python development skills.
• Deep understanding of identity resolution, consent handling, and reverse ETL patterns.
• Proven experience in data pipeline development (batch and streaming).
• Background in DevOps/QA — automated testing, observability, and SLAs.
• Solid grasp of security, compliance, and cost optimization within cloud environments.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe RT-CDP, Salesforce CDP, Hightouch, or Tealium.
• Familiarity with AdTech integrations, server-side tagging, and data clean rooms.
• Knowledge of Terraform/IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, or Cloud Run.
• Experience leading multi-market rollouts and managing technical change.
