We are looking for an experienced
QA Engineer
with strong hands-on experience testing
GxP-compliant SaaS applications
in the health tech domain. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of our multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted on AWS. You will contribute across the full testing lifecycle—from planning and design to execution, documentation, and reporting—working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment.

What You Will Do
Test Planning & Design

  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts covering functional, integration, and regression scenarios.
  • Ensure all test assets meet GxP documentation requirements.

Test Execution

  • Perform manual and automated testing of frontend, backend, and API components.
  • Validate data integrity and platform behavior across multi-tenant environments.

Cloud & SaaS Testing

  • Test AWS-hosted SaaS systems, including data isolation, provisioning flows, and environment configurations.
  • Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and Lambda.

Infrastructure & Collaboration

  • Support DevOps and engineering teams in ensuring test environment readiness.
  • Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies—planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Defect & Test Management

  • Log, track, and manage defects using Jira.
  • Maintain full traceability and visibility of tests via Xray.

GxP Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare compliant test documentation, execution evidence, deviations, and test summary reports.
  • Ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.

Performance Testing (Nice to have)

  • Support non-functional testing using K6, Google Lighthouse, or similar tools.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of QA experience, ideally in GxP-regulated SaaS or health tech.
  • Solid understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and AWS core services.
  • Experience testing frontend, backend, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Jira and Xray.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills aligned with GxP requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with K6, Google Lighthouse, or performance testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
