About The Role
As part of our transformation journey, we're building a world-class Shared Service Center (SSC) in Linköping to serve as the operational and cultural backbone of "One Aceve".

We are now looking for a proactive and people-focused Accounts Payable Lead to head our Accounts Payable operations in the SSC.

You will lead a growing team handling end-to-end invoice processing, vendor management, approvals and payment execution — ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance across multiple entities and systems. The role combines operational rigor, continuous improvement, and hands-on leadership.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious AP professional with leadership capability who wants to help scale finance operations in a fast-moving, M&A-rich environment.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Payable team — fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous learning
• Secure timely and accurate invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments in line with policies
• Oversee vendor master data governance and onboarding — ensuring quality and control
• Drive standardization, automation, and process excellence across the P2P cycle
• Monitor and improve KPIs — including AP aging, processing times, accuracy and compliance
• Support integration of newly acquired entities into Aceve's shared P2P setup
• Partner with Procurement, R2R, and Master Data to strengthen end-to-end flow from purchase order to posting
• Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to Group policies
• Own AP close tasks and reconciliations — enabling a smooth month-end process
• Serve as the operational point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
• Contribute actively to the SSC leadership culture and continuous transformation

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
• Several years of experience in AP / P2P operations — preferably in a multi-entity or shared service environment
• Proven ability to lead or mentor a team — empowering others to deliver and grow
• Strong process thinking with a passion for efficiency and accuracy
• Hands-on expertise in invoice workflows, vendor management and payment cycles Accounts Payable Accountant
• Solid ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and strong Excel skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with M&A activity
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish or other Nordic languages a plus
