The Role
Kantar Prospera helps the financial services industry improve its customer satisfaction. Over the past 40 years, Prospera has built up a well-developed product portfolio where we offer benchmarking and advice to senior executives in the financial industry. Prospera's clients are primarily banks, investment banks, asset and fund managers, business law firms and financial institutions.

As an interviewer, your main task is to conduct interviews by phone/Teams based on a set questionnaire. The people you will interview in Prospera's surveys are typically professional buyers of financial services, usually in senior positions at Nordic organizations, institutions and in the public sector. You will work in project form and have ongoing contact with project managers. The service includes certain administrative tasks in connection with investigating and documenting your contacts.

In your role as an interviewer, you are the face of Prospera and the core of our business. You should find it easy to work independently based on set instructions and project goals to achieve the quality needed in the interview work and that our customers expect. As an interviewer, you work on several projects in parallel, so it is important that you are structured and able to have many balls in the air at the same time.

The position is a full time, fixed-term (12 month), remote role.

Qualifications
Relevant post-secondary education in economics/behavioural sciences or equivalent Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English
