Om uppdraget

Vi söker en erfaren Project Manager (nivå 4) till en av våra största kunder inom försvars- och industrisektorn. Rollen innebär att leda implementeringen av ett nytt arbetssätt i ServiceNow, med syftet att effektivisera och automatisera organisationens affärsprocesser.

Du ansvarar för att planera, leda och följa upp projektets genomförande – från definition och design till implementering och driftsättning. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med utvecklare, specialister och verksamhetsrepresentanter.

I rollen ingår bland annat att:

  • Ta fram och upprätthålla projektplan, tidsplan och budget

  • Koordinera interna och externa resurser

  • Säkerställa leveranser enligt kvalitetskrav och säkerhetsstandarder

  • Hantera kommunikation och förankring med berörda intressenter

  • Bidra till förbättrad effektivitet och kvalitet genom processautomatisering


Vem vi söker

Du är en drivande och strukturerad projektledare med dokumenterad erfarenhet av IT-projekt, gärna inom processutveckling, plattformsinföranden eller ServiceNow. Du har god förståelse för affärsprocesser och deras koppling till IT-stöd, är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och trivs i miljöer med hög komplexitet.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Flerårig erfarenhet av projektledning inom IT

  • Erfarenhet av att leda tvärfunktionella team

  • God kännedom om ITSM eller ServiceNow

  • Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

  • Erfarenhet av arbete i större organisationer eller myndigheter är meriterande
