My name is Jerker Andersson. I am the Manager of Service Delivery AV at Dustin. As a leader, I foster a culture of ownership and collaboration, empowering my team to make decisions, take initiative, and grow both professionally and personally.

Your role & influence as Project Manager

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering AV projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results, budget compliance, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Together with your colleague, you take care of delivering high-quality AV solutions on time and within budget. You'll work closely not only with your immediate colleagues but also with departments such as IT and Facilities to ensure seamless project execution.

Core activities:

  • Manage and deliver AV projects from initiation to completion: Oversee all phases of AV projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, meet client requirements, and achieve high-quality results
  • Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution: Serve as the central point of contact, aligning all parties, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality: Track timelines and costs, ensure high standards, and provide regular updates to management and clients

We envision you as a curious and driven individual who takes ownership of AV projects, thrives in coordinating multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions

Additionally, it's important that you have:

  • Proven experience as an (AV) Project Manager or similar role 
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of AV systems
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a pré 
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
