Junior Jewelry Designer

The Role
We are seeking a Junior Jewelry Designer to join our Stockholm team, reporting to Thomas, our Head of Design, and working closely with Creative Director, Giovanna Engelbert. You will contribute to the development of new collections, learn and adopt the Engelbert design language, and progressively design your own pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Thomas and Giovanna in concept development and design direction
- Participate in design meetings, mood boards, and creative sessions
- Produce hand sketches, technical drawings, and CAD renderings
- Collaborate closely with our Stockholm workshop and goldsmiths to bring designs to life
- Research gemstones, materials, techniques, and trends to inspire innovation
- Ensure design feasibility and craftsmanship integrity
- Uphold and evolve the visual identity, quality standards, and creative ethos of Engelbert
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Jewelry Design or a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in fine jewelry design
- Deep understanding of goldsmithing techniques, gem setting, and production processes
- Proficiency in hand sketching and digital tools (e.g. Rhino, Matrix, or equivalents)
- Good knowledge of gemstones and materials
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
