We are now looking for a Junior Designer to join our Women's Design Team at Gant HQ in Stockholm. In this role you will contribute to delivering high-quality designs that reflect Gant's creative vision and brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a collaborative, dynamic, and design-driven environment.

This is a temporary position, one year contract, based in Stockholm, with possibility to work four days a week in the office and one day working from home.

Responsibility

  • Assist in designing and executing the category range according to creative and business direction
  • Prepare and update tech packs, overviews, and PLM data
  • Support material, trim, silhouette, and fit selection
  • Participate in sample checks to ensure quality and production standards are met
  • Research trends and commercial opportunities within the product category
  • Ensure product excellence and consistency throughout the design process
  • Stay organized and meet deadlines according to the critical path

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role, preferably within woven products
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and preferably PLM systems
  • Creative and trend-aware with a strong commercial understanding
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects
  • A flexible and collaborative team player supporting multiple teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
