Manager Field Service Engineer

We are now searching for Field Service Manager for our team in Sundsvall. Join us to deliver world-class customer experiences in site operations. In this role you will be responsible for driving profitability improvements, leading resource planning, and ensuring safety compliance across diverse projects. Your responsibilities

• Plan, resource, and organize site services within your area

• Lead execution of service projects and agreements, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets

• Delivery world class services that exceed customer expectations

• Manage and develop partner networks in cooperation with Supply Chain

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational regulations, guaranteeing also HR processes and procedures for assigned personnel

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as sales, project and agreement management, spare parts, workshops and product management)​ to develop new customer solutions

• Actively participate in installed base data management, including keep it up-to-date

Expectations for you

• Proven experience in field or site service management

• Strong leadership with a proven record of building successful teams

• Resource planning skills and ability to manage budgets

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Fluency in Swedish

• Willingness to travel as needed. Travelling in Scandinavia is an important part of this role, and during certain periods it can be 20-40% of working time. Occasional travel outside Scandinavia may also occur

• Experience from mechanical pulp mills, fiber board mills and baling lines is an asset
