What You Will Contribute:
Responsible for assembling and manufacturing sensors according to standardized work procedures (SOP) and maintaining order and quality in the production process. The work includes documentation, troubleshooting, and communication of quality and production deviations to ensure a smooth production flow.

Job Duties:

• Assemble sensors according to SOP.
• Follow 5S routines at each workstation.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Report machine and instrument faults to Production Operator II.
• Identify and report deviations from work routines that require immediate action from the production supervisor.
• Collaborate with Production Operator II to solve issues with materials, equipment, methods, and tools.
• Document and report all deviations.
• Monitor consumables and fill out the order form when refills are needed.
• Communicate and document quality deficiencies to the production supervisor.
• Pack orders according to SOP.
• Assist Production Operator II in other tasks, such as ordering and 5S cleaning.

Education and Experience:

• Basic education in industry, production, or technology is an advantage
• Previous experience in production work, especially in assembly, maintenance, or quality control, is desirable but not required.
• Experience in production and assembly according to standardized procedures.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Ability to document and report according to established work routines.
• Good communication skills to handle quality deviations and reporting.
• Ability to follow and maintain 5S routines.
