Job Description

As a consultant within Operations Transformation, you will be part of a team with diverse backgrounds and expertise in Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, and Insurance.

You will help clients in the Financial Services industry innovate and transform their organisations, core business systems and business models. This includes driving business transformation, consolidating, or implementing new systems and processes, implementing new regulations in operations and IT systems, driving strategic cost optimisations, improving operational efficiency, designing and implementing new operating models and leading large-scale multi-unit transformations.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who enjoy working together with colleagues and clients in the Financial Services industry in a team environment, helping them driving projects and solving business challenges. You are curious and driven with the ability to leverage your strengths and collaborate to achieve the best results.

Requirements to succeed in this role:

• 1-4 years' experience from a leading Management Consulting firm, and/or from business development within the Financial Services Industry

• Bachelor's or Master's degree within relevant fields (business, industrial engineering or similar)

You should be able to demonstrate experience from one or several of the following areas:

• Project management, program management or product management

• Business development or change initiatives

• The intersection between business and IT, including system implementation, system migration and vendor selection

• Regulatory transformation

• Operating model transformation

• Agile methodology
